Question : I'm 72 years old and in atenolol 25mg and amlodipile (sp) 5mg. I take them once a day, however today my blood pressure has dropped from 125/80 to 106/60... Should I be worried?

Generally we do some tests – ECG to exclude a silent heart problem / Lab test for kidney function and electrolytes

Generally, nothing to worry and no cause for an emergency
Skip the next dose of Amlodipine / may half the dose, the day after that

Prognosis is generally excellent in such situations…
