Question : I am experiencing dry lips that taste bloody, but there are no bruises. As well as dry mouth and thirst; I am worried it could be the start of herpes? I hope no

Dry lips and altered taste in the mouth could mean Vit B complex deficiency. I suggest you to start Vit b complex tablets which is easily available in all pharmacy. Please continue taking them one tablet a day for a month.

This symptom is not a sign of herpes.
