Question : I was scratched by a dog clawed through my jeans not sure if it had rabies or anything but it was pretty wild, I didn't attack or make contact towards the dog it just attacked me and scartched me through my clothes I had a headache but I drank two pills and it went away but now I have a dried throat and I'm drinking water but it's not helping not sure what it is that I have but can someone help me out?

Risk for rabies is high when there is an active and bleeding wound. With just a scratch through the jeans, it is unlikely that there are any chances you would contract this. Also, your symptoms are not suggestive of this. Persons with rabies are scared of water and cannot drink. I will recommend that you stay relax and not get too worried about a possible rabies infection at this time.
