                                    Hi
It is around 1 cm, it is a black/brown in colour, I have had this for more that 8 years. It is not raised in any way. It is not tender and can not feel the mole when touch it, it's maybe more of a blemish.

Nerve compression
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for getting back with the details.
Dull ache could be because of the mole compressing on a peripheral nerve. If it is causing a lot of distress I recommend you to visit a plastic surgeon to get it removed however the dull ache might persist even after removal of the mole.
Tab Pregabalin once at night is the ideal drug to be taken for this type of pain.
I hope I was of help
Regards
