had prostatectomy 20 years ago PSA is recently elevated

well, it may or may not be related to prostate surgery. it may indicate inguinal hernia so you should see a surgeon first. also you should do ultrasound and check your urinary bladder. if pain worsen,you should go to er. wish you good health.regards
