What Causes Episodes Of Stomach Pain, Bowel Movement Immediately After Eating And Vomiting?

My 16 year old son has had now three edisodes over the course of the last month of pain in his stomach. Each time it starts as pain in stomach, followed by a bowel movement, then as hort time later vomiting. This morning was the third. I will get him into his primary care physician tomorrow but wondering if I need to go to ER ? Thank you.
Better to visit ER as getting a proper diagnosis is very important.

Hi.
Thanks for your query, albeit short and specific.
Noted the history related to your son and understood the concerns.
Three attacks in one month - pain - bowel movement - vomiting.
If there is still pain and/or bowel movements/vomiting a visit to ER may help to get a proper diagnosis due to clinical evaluation by a Doctor, investigations like X-ray abdomen, ultrasonography, tests of stool, blood and urine.
If there are no symptoms now, you may please consult your PCP tomorrow.
Getting the correct diagnosis is of utmost important to get a proper management.
Having such attacks three times in one month in a young boy of 16 needs good evaluation.
