Question : Sir,
I am 48 yrs old and suffering from diabetes but under control. Since last 2 years I am sexually very weak not getting errection. Pl suggest any medicine.

I can understand your concern.

Many people suffering from diabetes have sexual problems.
It is good that your sugar is in control.
Two types of medicines are useful in such cases.

One is 5-PDE inhibitor group of medicines like sildenafil,tadalafil or udenafil. One of them should be taken 2 hours before sex. They should be taken after consulting doctor and cardiac check up. They can cause headache as general side effect.

Other medicine is tetrafol plus which is vitamin product. It contains mecobalamine,mefolate and pyridoxal phosphate.It should be taken twice daily after meal. Response seen in 15 days. If you feel some improvement, take it for 2 months. I have got results in 50-60% of my patients . This is mostly availble over the counter.

Other ayurvedic products are tentax royal and confido.one tablet should be taken daily. However considering history of dibetes I suggest to consult ayurvedic doctor once before taking them.
