Brief Answer:
You have to take following measures

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to the HCM
I understand your concerns but don't worry. The likely reason for your baby's unsatisfaction, constant cry, hunger and nipple soreness is improper breastfeeding habits. You need to take the following measures for relief:

1.Adopt a proper position and attachment of your baby while feeding. You may learn the details about best position and attachment techniques from your pediatrician or online reading.
2. Breast feed consists of fore milk which quenches thirst and hind milk which satisfy appetite. Sometimes due to very frequent change in side of breast we give only fore milk to baby which makes him cranky after every half an hour. Also, the weight gain becomes poor and colics increase. So, feed completely from one breast before changing the side.
3. Giving very frequent feeds also deprives baby with fat and protein rich milk. So, a gap of at least 1-1.5 hours is required for proper milk production.
4. Burp your baby in middle of feeds and after feeds properly to avoid stomach distension and discomfort.
5. Avoid any pacifiers, ghutti, gripe water. They are useless.
6.Ensure a healthy diet or snack or liquids for yourself half an hour before feeds. This will help you in proper milk production.

Hopefully this will help you. I would be happy to help you in any further questions.

Brief Answer:
Give him probiotics and enterogermina

Hi
Probiotic such as enterogermina once daily for 5 days along with proper burping is useful for infantile colics.
Also, colicaid drops may be used for treatment.

Brief Answer:
Colicaid acts similar to infacol and dentinox

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Colicaid acts similar to Infacol and dentinox. So, you may keep trying any of them if required.

Enterogermina has Saccharomyces boulardii as active agent. So, in case you do not get this brand, then try other brand available with this agent.

Don't worry, the baby will improve if you follow all measures suggested earlier. In case, there is no improvement, then visit a pediatrician for proper clinical examination and definitive treatment.

Hopefully it will be useful.
Take care
