Question: (sciatic nerve pain) was recently prescribed nortriptyline and baclofen at I took a hydrocodone 5/325 at 9 pm and nortriptyline 10mg and baclofen 10 mg at 12 am is it safe to take these 3 hrs apart? I tend to work myself up over this kind of stuff just need to know if it's ok to sleep!

Brief Answer:
It is perfectly ok to sleep.

Detailed Answer:
I read your question carefully and I understand your concern about medication side effects and interactions.

In this case though I think you have nothing to fear. Both the hydrocodone dosage as well the nortriptyline dosage are pretty low, especially for nortriptyline. Baclofen has been taken too many hours away, its half life is 2.5-4 hours so most has been eliminated (even if it wasn't closer in time wouldn't have been a major concern at those dosages anyway).

So you can safely go asleep. The only worry in your situation would be perhaps if you had to drive or operate some dangerous machinery, no other risk.

I remain at your disposal for other questions.
