Brief Answer:
Manifestation of internal stress

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. You need to understand that your wife's body is distressed by the ailment of typhoid. It needs time to recover. The sweating or the disturbed sleep could be a manifestation of the stress and you need to bear with the same. Some anxiolytic like alprazolam (prescription medicine) may help her sleep well.

Give it some time and gradually things would return to normal.

Let me know if I could help further.

Regards
