2.Is there any family history of this condition?
3.What regions of your husbands body are most affected by excessive sweating-only palms and foot etc or total body?
4.Did your husband have any associated past history of any medical illness like thyroid disease and or diabetes?

He has been having this condition for quite a few years like 4 yrs and no he does not have diabetis or thyroid he does drink alcohol almost every day .

I notice it will be only his face sweting . The sweting is almost like if he is exercising sometimes i think he might just have hot flashes .

In the absence of any medical illness, excessive sweating might be due to alcohol consumption.
So I would suggest you to counsel him to avoid drinking or at least to reduce the frequency and observe for any improvement.
