Brief Answer:
most likely stress and anxiety induced, please clarify the following..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, welcome to HCM,

I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Your symptoms are most likely stress induced, as it triggers certain hormonal activities (the fright-flight-fight response), but it's important to rule out a few other conditions too..

Your Age/Sex please?

Feel free to share the occupation details ? Does it involve a lot of stress (physical/mental) ?

You've mentioned 'more sweating', so are you sweating all the time ? Is it more or less than usual ?

Are you on any kind of diet plan/ medication for any reason ?

Do you have any significant past/present medical/surgical ailments ?

When was the last time you've got yourself checked (preventive health check-up) and how were the results ?

Any family history of cardiac/thyroid ailments ?

Any history of smoking/alcohol intake (If yes, then please specify amount and frequency)..

How many cups of tea/coffee intake per day ?

Do you get enough sleep at night/ or any trouble during that ?

Please take a moment and go through all of these questionnaire and try to answer them so that I can guide you more specifically in this regard..

Awaiting for your response..

Take Care
Kind Regards

Brief Answer:
Nothing to worry, however routine and timely follow-up to continue..

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX, Welcome back,

Thanks for following up with these details,

Let me assure you first of all, there's nothing to worry since you've a healthy life style and also there's no significant risk factors..

Your symptoms are apparently due to stress induced only, as it triggers certain hormonal activities (the fright-flight-fight response), specifically when your struggling for the explanation of the project status..

A good home-work on the project before hand and back ground check prior to face your manager at office will help you reducing it.. Also try to prepare yourself by going through the agenda and self research and exploration on the FAQs (Frequently Asked Questionnaire on that particular topic) of the meeting before hand..

Nothing else to worry for as of now apart from this, but I do suggest you to schedule yourself as per your convenience for an Once yearly basis preventive health check-up (some basic blood tests like CBC, Electrolytes, Thyroid function test, Vit-D3, Urine R.M., FBS, PPBS etc. along with a clinical examination by any physician, your company's Physician will do only)..

This is a necessary step for future well being which is in fact applicable to each and every one of us, so just maintain it once a year..

So don't worry, let me know how you stay in the due course..

Brief Answer:
Website like this are abundant, that's why you should always seek expert advises

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX, Welcome back,

Thanks for following up,

I've gone through the website, in fact there are plenty of these types of websites through out internet, the more you'll search and read, more you'll get convinced that your having all those symptoms, it's a very common phenomenon..

Don't worry, just because you feel bad in office doesn't mean your having social phobia etc., these are pathological disorders which are particularly diagnosed after thorough clinical check up by the Psychologist/Psychiatrist..

I still believe you don't have any of those, what your going through is simply a temporary phase and try to follow my advises as already mentioned in details and you'll feel the difference..

Most importantly believe in yourself..

If despite following them you still experience any problems at office then you may need to schedule a Psychologist for a detailed clinical session and assessment..

Just follow my advises and let me know how you stay later on, keep yourself busy and enjoy your life with indoor outdoor activities which interest you(rather than reading about these disease stuffs, it's not good)..move on with your life..trust yourself..

Take Care
Kind Regards
