Hi! Welcome to health care magic! Thanks for sharing your concerns with us. We will try to help you in best way possible.

First of all, it is sad to know what you had gone through. Based on the history you have shared, among all the symptoms the decreased urine out put is the most urgent symptom to be taken care of.

A clinical examination to look for a distended bladder and ultrasound of the abdomen should be made at the earliest along with renal function tests and serum electrolytes to look for any renal causes of decreased output.

Water intake should be ensured Meanwhile and avoid excessive dehydration. Loss of appetite and weight loss also need to be worked out as it can be a early sign of urea and creatinine rise or any other chronic infection.

Some basic blood work up including infections profile, blood sugars and blood gases should be done and these symptoms should not be ignored as such and needs a detailed clinical evaluation with examination by your GP in person and initiation of these tests sooner than later.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Hope this has answered your query, if you have any more questions, feel free to ask.
