Brief Answer:
Inner ear dysfunction should be considered also.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Since they couldn't found any structural brain changes that may be related to your symptoms and there are no heart and blood pressure issues, most probable cause of your equilibrium and walking problems are related to inner ear dysfunction.

Neurological conditions that may cause those symptoms are multiple sclerosis, normal pressure hydrocephalus, but these are excluded by imaging findings.

Low Vitamin B-12 also can cause those symptoms.

Conditions such benign paroxysmal positional vertigo, Ménière's disease should be considered too, besides neurological evaluation.

So, you should consult an ENT Doctor and discuss your concerns.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
