What Causes Eye Pressure With Blurred Vision And Tinnitus?

Question: Started a year ago with eye pressure thick mucous from nose and a brain fog mental block. After 8 weeks of anxiety and depression it went away the only meds I took at that time were Zoloft and xanax. Before this I never had any anxiety or depression it was gone for 7 months and came back. It was extreme facial and eye pain felt like I was gonna go blind I had eye pressure and blurred vision. They put me on antibiotics and steroids the pressure and pain resolved. I am left with ear pressure and tinnitus to a small degree the ears wont pop. Yesterday my left ear became very full feelin and has been ringing loud since. I'm starting to have anxiety all over again haut don't understand what's wrong with me. I feel detached from my environment and depressed
Brief Answer:
get yourself examined for sinusitis
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
Other than anxiety and depression, please get yourself examined for sinusitis.
You have thick mucous discharge and facial pain. Both these can be because of sinusitis and the ear fullness can also be the result of this.
Please see an ENT and get a CT scan Paranasal sinuses done.
Meanwhile please take mucolytic with nasal decongestant drops along with the antibiotics you are taking.
Feel free to ask another query.
Regards

Is it possible for the anxiety Nd depression to be from the sinusitis. When I'm not suffering from sinusitis I don't have the anxiety or depression
Brief Answer:
Descriptive
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the query.
Sinusitis per se as a reason for anxiety and depression is not a known entity.
But any disease which patient thinks is harming his/her body can be a reason for anxiety and depression.
But the history you have given is more of a anxiety secondary to the stress of symptoms caused by sinusitis (which seems like the likely diagnosis).
So, please get yourself investigated for sinusitis and if there is evidence, getting treatment for that should alleviate your symptoms of anxiety also.
