Brief Answer:
Most probably hyoptensive state occured

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Thank you for getting back with the answers. I have gone through them. symptoms are suggesting that he underwent hypotensive state. In this condition there is reduced blood flow to the brain. As a result oxygen supply decreases which ultimately results in syncope/fainting spell. It usually occurs in extreme states like orgasm. Ask him to take adequate rest & monitor his blood pressure for few days to see if there is any change in it. Hopefully it will resolve itself and no further management would be required.

Hope I have answered your query. If you have any further questions I will be happy to help if not then don't forget to close the discussion and rate it.
Wishing you good health !!
