Brief Answer:
get the blood pressure & blood test

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Your symptoms are reflective mainly of medical nature (espically when you have'nt mentiined about any ongoing stressful event) so one must get some basic tests- Blood pressure readings, Hb%, TLC, DLC, platelets, blood sugar, kidney function tests, TSH, LFT. These will help us to rule out any major problem in body organs.

If all this is in normal limits then one might need to proceed with a possibility of depression or anxiety.

The above mentioned tests will rule out low BP, anemia, hypothyroidism, and diabetes or kidney problem as the common factors which may lead to your kind of symptoms.

It would have helped to diagnose your problem more closely had you mentioned the duration of these symptoms and any other tests(if done).

However, you are quite young to have anything serious. So, dont worry, get the basic tests and we can proceed ahead.

Wish you speedy recovery!

Brief Answer:
looks stress related- desvenalafaxine

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

As you said that the tests are normal and the BP is also within normal range then these symptoms are reflective of some psychological nature. This can occur in chronic fatigue or depressive syndromes.
You have not mentioned anything regarding the duration of illness or about your mood pattern. But the other complaints told in query are also indicating towards stressful nature of illness.

Usually in such cases I have seen desvenalafaxine 50-150mg showing good response.

It is a safe and mild drug and can be taken at anytime of the day. It also helps in pain symptoms. Sometimes it might give sedation- then ideally this is taken at night time after meals.

The next important thing which you can do is to meet a psychiatrist or atleast a psychologist and discuss the problem in detail. Im sure that with the medicine you will feel more energetic and attain your normal self again soon.

Wish you good health.
