What Causes Feeling Of Foreign Object Stuck In Throat?

Question: Hi,
I am a healthy 28 year old male. I don't use tobacco but I do drink on the weekends. I am 6'2" 195 lbs and very active in sports and the gym. For the past few months it feels like I constantly have a hair stuck in the back of my throat. I keep trying to swallow, but it is constantly there. It is just a weird feeling that I would like to remove. Any idea what it could be?

1. The most common reasons for such a sensation are allergy, granular pharyngitis, chronic laryngitis, reflux and foreign bodies, and in rare instances, hair.

2. A throat examination by ana ENT Specialist and a Videolaryngoscopy (VL'Scopy) should settle the diagnosis.

3. Avoid spicy, sour, oily food and alcohol.
