Brief Answer:
you are having PND causing repeated clearing of throat .
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
After reading your clinical history it appears that you are having Post nasal discharge (PND) causing repeated clearing of throat , stuck & scratchy feeling .
If I were your treating Doctor for this case , I would advice you
Antiseptic chlorhexidine Mouth Wash twice daily ,
Plenty of fluids ,
Steam Inhalation twice daily ,
Tab paracetamol twice daily &
combination of Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Montelukast tab at night .
You will get relief .
Hope it is helpful to you . If you have any further questions I will be happy to help.
Regards.
