Brief Answer: Likely local cause / see a Physician Detailed Answer: Dear friend, Welcome to Health Care Magic Your symptoms do not suggest Coronary Artery Disease (CAD). Pain localised to a point and on pressing is likely to have a local cause - muscle and bone. Pain from the heart is oppressing, in central chest (and left), worse on effort, relieved by rest, may radiate to shoulders and arms, associated with sweating and so on. See an Internist / get yourself examined / investigation may be necessary... TMT – Treadmill exercise ECG; may be with thallium isotope – may be done for reassurance and to exclude ischemia (reduced blood flow / Coronary Artery Disease). Take care Wishing all well God bless
