                                            Question : 5 days ago I ran a slight fever 100.2 and became nauseous.  I continue to feel somewhat fatigued, minor headache and nauseous.  I have very little appetite.  I vomited once on day 1 and have never had diarrhea. Have dry mouth.

There should be slight and continued improvement in your symptoms.
There are medications that can be used along with the XXXXXXX selzer to help relieve your symptoms eg peptobismol or dramamine.
Rest is very important as well
