Brief Answer:
Likely to be a fistula.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, I can understand your concern.
Passing brownish solid matter and having flatulence through the urinary meatus,is typical of a fecal fistula.
You must get examined by an Urologist and do the following tests:
1. urine routine and culture.
2. blood routine, RBS, LFT,creatinine, and platelets.
If fecal matter is seen in urine, do these tests also:
3. CT-IVU,followed by a cysto-urethrogram.
4. A cystoscopy will be needed after seeing these reports.
After seeing these reports, an expert opinion can be given, regarding further treatment.
Drink about 10-12 glasses fluids daily.
You should mention, if you're on treatment for any other illness.
You may send the reports here, for an expert opinion.
Wish you well.
