Brief Answer:
Alcohol flush reaction.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

When you mean drink, is it alcohol? It reminds me of Alcohol Flush reaction which is seen in some Asians after a bout of alcohol. There seems to be a default gene that converts alcohol to aldehyde and cause this flushing reaction.

It is important to test blood pressure at this time, if it is raised as well then you may be at risk. So test with your local doctor about risk associated with such reaction.

It may not be true for you but checking is always better and if it comes with a sign (high blood pressure) like you have it is even more important.

Hope this helps.
