Brief Answer:
may be bacterial vaginosis

Detailed Answer:
Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that you may have bacterial vaginosis. This causes a vaginal discharge associated with an odor.

This can also occur with trichomonas infection as well but this is not as common.

Yeast infections are not normally associated with an odor.

Bacterial vaginosis can be treated with oral or topical medication. Eg of oral meds include metronidazole, tinidazole, cleocin
Eg of topical include- metrogel

These medications would require a prescription from your doctor who may also do a swab to definitively identify the cause of the infection.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
