Question : Hii doctor i am male 35 years and having frequent urination and some times i feeel pinching pain in my urthera slight pain .i chkd my kidneys are also ok.i am diabetic and need help.i pee more frequent in morning and when in aircondition. U want me to do some tests.plz reply

your symptoms sound a lot like a urinary tract infection (UTI). Increased frequency with burning pain when passing urine are the main symptoms of a lower UTI (cystitis) which is very uncommon in men unless they have diabetes. A urinalysis may confirm it. A urine culture will identify the causative agent.
Antibiotic treatment would be required for the UTI to resolve. The best drug can be determined with an antibiogram. You should contact your primary care physician or a urologist for the rest.
