Question : I am having a difficult time I have to go to the bathroom a lot I can't hold my fluids and now I am getting muscle spasms a lot now I keep drinking the sports drink to get electrolites in my system its not working

Hello. Thanks for putting your query in hcm. I will suggest you to take antisecretory agent like loperamide and antispasmodic like drotavarine. Titrate the dose of medicine according to the response. Start with one tablet. Continue with energy drinks and electrol powder to prevent fluid and electrolyte deficiency. Meanwhile get complete haemogram and stool examination to see for any infection and if it is there then take a course of antibiotic of quinolone group like ofloxacin.
