Question : Sometimes, after intercourse when I urinate I get a granulated red matter in the flow. It isn't blood because it doesn't melt. What causes this?

If you have no other urinary complaints like burning sensation while passing urine and no urgency then there could be no cause for concern.
The granulated matter could be prostatic and seminal vesicle secretions.
I would also suggest you to get a Urine urine examination along with Ultrasound abdomen( Prostate and post void residual urine) to rule out Prostatomeglay and significant residual urine after passing urine.
