Question : I have been having a painful headache and nausea since yesterday morning. What should I do?

Use OTC drugs for few days.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

Besides a couple of days rest you can use paracetamol, or ibuprofen for the headaches and omeprazole for nausea.

If you experience fever too, or these symptoms persist more than 3-4 days, get evaluated by your primary care Doctor.

The only way to a Doctor's note is to be examined by one
