The constellation of symptoms he is experiencing does not point to a particular organic disorder.
However. your son definitely need detailed evaluation by a doctor.
Stress at home or school, drug or alcohol use, depression etc can cause such symptoms in a teenager.
I would also recommend checking his thyroid levels, even though his symptoms are not typical of thyroid problem.
