Question : Hello,
I've had a mild headache for a week now, in top/front of the head. I sleep well, I have no other syptoms, except that it will not go away. I tried over the counter meds, but it will not go away, and it causes me anxiety. As I said, the headache is very mild, but its there.
SHould i be concerned?
thanks

Brief Answer:
Probably tensive headache

Detailed Answer:
Dear
I am sorry for the symptoms you are suffering
The characteristics of your headache leads to tensive headache and I don't think you have to worry too much
In my opinion you should avoid caffein drinks, avoid chocolates as they exacerbate headache
It is reccomended that you schedule a CT scan just to be sure
In the meantime try ibuprofen two times a day
Hope my answer will help you
