Question : Hi I have a terrible headache accompanied by a queasy feeling in my tummy. My hands are a little shaky and I am at work. I keep putting my head down on my desk but it's not helping. I ate a fruit this morning and took two alieve but it hasn't helped and that was about 2 hours ago. I'm not sure if I should stay at work hoping it will pass it if I should go home and get some rest. Any suggestions please?

To me it seems like food poisoning. So, in my opinion, you should go home and take some rest.
