Brief Answer:
In case of persistent vomiting get her evaluated by a pediatrician

Detailed Answer:
Hello

I understand your concern.

Headache and vomiting both these symptoms are commonly associated with fever. The most common cause of fever in this age is some viral infection.Vomiting can be due to associated gastritis.

If vomiting is persistent and her oral acceptance is poor;she may need intravenous medication for vomiting and supplementation of fluid to prevent dehydration or hypoglycemia.
The other less common cause of fever with headache and vomiting can be due to brain infection(less likely but should be ruled out by clinical examination).

So I would suggest you to get her to a pediatrician for antiemetic injection to prevent further vomiting episodes and IV fluid(if needed). Also neurological assessment would be needed to rule out any possibility of brain infection.

Wishing for your baby's speedy recovery.
