What Causes Headaches, ear Infection And Gum Pain?

default
Posted on Tue, 27 May 2014
Question: I have been having severe headaches. I thought it was allergies but now am not sure. It starts on my right side by my temple. Sometimes I feel like my right ear is infected. Sometimes my teeth or gums hurt or even my teeth. The nape of my neck hurts up to the base of my skull. Someone suggested it was my high blood pressure because I was out of w of my three prescriptions. Pain is mostly on the right side. Could you tell me what it could possibly be?

Brief Answer:
little more information please...

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXX
Hope you are doing well.
Your headache pattern leaves us with two important possibilities. It could be still due to high blood pressure, but once it is under control, your headache should disappear (i believe it isn't!!). Before giving my opinion, i would like to know a little information:
1. is there any timing of headache
2. how many times do you have it in a day/week/month/year
3. any associated symptoms like nausea, flashes of lights in eye, tingling in hands, giddiness,
4.any precipitating factors like touching the cheek, sun exposure, eating food, head bath or whatever you suspect.
5. is you BP under control (<150/90)
waiting for reply. THANKS.
