Brief Answer:
May be a traumatic perforation

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your query; it suggests that you may be suffering from the traumatic perforation of the ear drum.
I personally advised avoid ear bud, oil, ear drop and water putting in the ear and go for otoscopy for better diagnosis and management.

Thanks

Wish you good health

Brief Answer:
Ya, most of the time it healed

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your follow up query; and suggests you that there is no need to so much worry but to reach the near diagnosis you just go for the otoscopic examination of that ear.

For your kind information- Most of the traumatic perforation of the ear drum healed on its own but avoid putting any thing in the ear.

Thanks

Brief Answer:
Otoscopic examination is the non invasive routine

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam,
I have gone through your follow up query; and for kind information otoscopic examination is the non invasive examination of the ear to see the external auditory canal and ear drum. It is the routine examination for ENT specialist.

Better to go for this examination.
