There is high possibility that decreased blood sugar level has caused these symptoms. In normal individuals body maintains blood sugar level. If it decreases to a certain level then symptoms of hypoglycemia (decreased blood sugar) appears. I would suggest you to take rest for few days and take healthy balanced diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables & legumes. If symptoms appear again then in that case I would suggest you to visit hospital and get you baseline investigations like blood sugar level, CBC & serum electrolytes to check if there is any metabolic abnormality.
