Brief Answer:
Perimenaupausal bleed:Need to consult gynecologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thankyou for your query at healthcare magic.

Vleeding around the time of menaupause is common, but definitely require further evaluation to see if it is not caused by any medical conditions affecting the endometrium, genital track or ovaries.
Physical examination and investigations like pelvic ultrasound is warranted at this point.

I recommend that you consult your Gynecologist for further evaluation.

Hope I was able to answer your question
