Question : I have several symptoms, high blood pressure, ringing ears, poor vision, stiff joints, feel dizzy, feel heartbeat in the tip of my nose, foggy brain like I just sniffed a whippet
Brief Answer:
Symptoms are directly related to elevated BP
Detailed Answer:
Hello, Sir.
I can understand your concern.
Many of your symptoms are related to high blood pressure.
The possibility of secondary hypertensive changes in the brain and heart are evident in your case.
For a better assessment, I advise you to have a 2D echo of your heart and a 24-hour Holter ECG.
It is always advisable to keep your blood pressure under 130/80 mm of Hg.
Further management is based on the test results.
Post your further queries if any.
Thank you.
