Brief Answer:
Probably nothing to worry about

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

your ferritin level is high but no diagnosis can be established on this finding only. Transferrin saturation would be helpful regarding hemochromatosis (it requires >45%). Ferritin levels may rise also when inflammatory conditions or malignancies are present.

A hematologist may evaluate your tests and consider further diagnostic strategy.
Your bilirubin levels are not worrisome. Although they are a little higher than normal, such levels are usually caused by benign causes like Gilbert's syndrome.

Your DHEA levels are higher than usual. Sometimes a high DHEA level can be attributed to the polycystic ovary syndrome. The other potential explanations are much rarer.

I believe you should stop taking iron supplements and check again after a couple of months or so.

I hope you find my answer helpful!
