Question : I'm 48 yo with an FSH level of 110, is that post or peri menopause?

A FSH level above 40 is consistent with the diagnosis of Menopause. So this value of 110 is menopause level.
But menopause is diagnosed When a woman does not have mensus for one year. Are you still having periods? With this level of FSH it is unlikely but occasionally it may be possible that you might have had a period 6 months ago or so. If so, by definition you are in the perimenopause stage.
