Detailed Answer:
Good day,
Sorry to hear about your symptoms. Hormonal pills can reduce the seizure threshold.
However, your doctor could try a low dose estrogen containing preperation.
Other options are taking flax seed, Evening prim XXXXXXX oil and soya. These contain natural female estrogen hormones.
I presume, anti thyroglobulin antibody was done due to suspicion of hypothyroidism. What is your Free T4 and TSH levels like? ( Hope it was done too). Thyroid nodule over 1 cm need a needle test ( FNA). However, again, it has to be seen together with TSH results. That decides the further course of action.
A random high cortisol has absolutely no value. It will be hih in stress.
I feel, you must meet an endocrinologist and discuss these results. These results have no relevance with out a good clinical history and physical examination.
Regards
