Question : I am perimenopausal and lately i have been experiencing extreme hunger..even after eating. my blood work shows that my thryoid is ok. what do i do?

HBA1C level for diabetes .

As your thyroid profile is normal . I suggest you to do an HbA1c level to know your glycemic level .

As diabetes is leading cause for symptoms like excessive eating and frequent hunger (polyphagia).

Following HbA1C ,Fasting ( overnight for minimum of 8 hours ) and post prandial (2 hours after meal ) blood sugar level is also advised .
Follow up with the results.
