What Causes Appetite Loss?

I have had a difficult time for the last few months. I have zero appetite but know I need to eat to keep going. I am able to drink, no alcohol, but I find that I only get hungry about every 48 or more hours. After I eat I am sick for hours and unable to keep anything down. I have no normal schedule due to my ever changing hours at work. I work a very high stress job and have 0 down time with work and school. Could this be a possible medical issue, not just mental?

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is not the medical issue but it is just physiological changes and that depends upon many factors and of course that may not be the disease condition but and it is nothing to worry just take it easy, some time it may be due to stress too so try to come out of this hope this information helps.
