                                    Brief Answer:
You can give Meftal now
Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.
The dose of paracetamol is independant of that of Meftal. You can give Meftal now. You can give the next dose of Meftal after 6 hours if required (counting from the last dose of Meftal). You may also give tepid sponging to help in reducing the temperature.
Hope that helps.

Thanks for writing back. Sorry for not being able to reply earlier.
I am glad to hear that you are getting your child vaccinated. The demerit of this vaccine is that you need to give it every year unless you want its effect to wear off. No problems if it is given at a gap of two months from the due date. It does not have to be that specific. You need not worry as in any case your child is doing fine as of now.
This vaccine was good enough till spring of year 2014.
After age of 10 years it is given as once every year. Till then it is given as two doses atleast 1 month apart.
Hope that helps.
