Brief Answer:
Pelvic organ prolapse

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
All these are the symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse, which include the prolapse of the bladder and the uterus.
Pain in the back is due to the stretching of the ligaments attached to the uterus and spine, when the uterus is displaced downwards
You should consult an OBGYN specialist for proper examination and treatment accordingly. Surgery is the corrective treatment for it.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
