Question : I am trying to get pregnant and took soy isoflavones 2-6 of my menstrual cycle and had spotting for 6 days after insemination could I be pregnant?

Hi and welcome.
This may be implantation bleeding which usually occurs 10 days after ovulation.
But also, it may be just effect of procedure or sensitive endometriium or hormoal imbalance. The best way would be to do pregnancy test in 5-6 days to be sure.
