Question : Hi,
Just recently I observed that I'm getting chest pain which is sometimes intense and hard to breathe which lasts for 2minutes. This is happening when I'm under stress especially and sometimes random. Should I get a scan?

Brief Answer:
Get evaluated
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Chest pain due to heart disease usually is very severe and non tolerable and lasts over 10 to 15 minutes.
Since your chest pain is very short and recurrent associated with stress it might not be related to heart but you need an evaluation to rule out this. You will need to get examined for BP, Pulse, stethoscope examination and if necessary a ECG.
This may be related to stress induced gastritis. For which you need simple antacid medication like GELUSIL and if needed longer anti gastric medications.
Please see a local doctor now.
