Brief Answer:
Hot compress will help.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
The intense abdominal cramps and nausea after intercourse is due to uterine contractions associated with orgasm. It is best to lie still and do a hot compress in the painful area so that the uterus relaxes properly and the pain is reduced.
This can also be reduced with the help of an over the counter anti spasmodic.
