Brief Answer:
Consultation

Detailed Answer:
Hello, and thanks for your question.

What you are describing is most like a panic attack. Common symptoms include being woken by somatic sensations such as buzzing, and a feeling of intense heat, with a headache. It sounds like you are experiencing these very rarely, so it sounds like treatment is not necessary. If you're interested in treatment, an SSRI antidepressant would likely help these go away, but again as you are experiencing them so rarely, a medication is likely not indicated.
