Question: I am a fit male 56 and on no medication. For the last week or so I have been feeling nauseous during the day. It tends to be intermittent and relieved by drinking water or eating.

if you are on chronic medication or you are suffering from chronic disease like diabetes ,kidney issue or heart problem and if you are taking the medication for the same .
Then you can have this kind of feeling because most of the drugs have sidefects like nausea,anyway you can consider to take this medication for atleast 2 weeks Tab nexpro rd 20 mg before breakfast with less oily and spicy food.
