Brief Answer:
Can you get a blood workup for evaluation?

Detailed Answer:
HI,

Do you have any other symptoms? Night sweats, on and off alone for this while isn’t very helpful in pushing forward the diagnostic possibilities. I will at minimum require a thorough physical exam and a full blood count and erythrocyte sedimentation rate. This will provide a good start point for understanding and investigating this condition. This initial workup will also provide credible information on the chances of a possible lymphoma. For now, we cannot jump to that but cannot as well totally issue a blind eye to this.

I will say, start with your primary care doctor on this. Feel free to share the results from this with me. I hope this helps. I wish you well. Feel free to ask for more information and clarifications from me.

Brief Answer:
Not too suggestive of a cancer at this time!

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Cancer is not likely in this case. Be calm and let’s get the initial workup done. That will provide huge clarifications and guide further investigations. In addition to intermittent fever, cancers often present with weight loss, loss of appetite and generalized fatigue. You would agree with me that we are far from this at this time.

Hope this calms you. Keep me posted about this.
